Madinah, July ( وكالة الأنباء السعودية ۔ 01 يوليو 2026ء) The airline said its Hajj operations spanned 75 days, covering both arrival and departure phases. It provided more than one million seats, operated flights to and from 145 destinations using a fleet of 160 aircraft, and delivered integrated transportation services for pilgrims.
Saudia also provided services under the Makkah Route Initiative and its “Hajj Without Luggage” service, which uses integrated digital baggage-management solutions in cooperation with the Saudi Ground Services Company and the Nusuk and HalaBag platforms, in addition to transporting Zamzam water.The airline added that it leveraged the latest digital technologies and artificial intelligence to streamline pilgrims’ journeys from booking through their return home, enhancing the travel experience and improving the quality of services provided to the Guests of Allah.
